What is Catalist?

OGCbuying.solutions has recently undertaken an exercise to bring together all of its existing framework agreements (including G-CAT, S-CAT and GTC) under the brand name of Catalist. In order to make the process of procurement simpler for both the Public Sector buying community and the supplier community, a new set of framework agreements has been let following an OJEU.
