Northgate is pleased to offer a full EPC solution for Scotland

We are an approved Protocol Organisation offering membership to both domestic and commerical Energy Assessors.

We have approved RdSAP software and full lodgement capabilities and a fully encompassing protocol agreement in place for energy assessors together with the EPC surveying capabilities from our Energy Assessor Members.

We are able to offer a number of alternative working solutions for energy assessors:

• Total solution for energy assessors – We can provide the protocol organisation membership, the RdSAP software and the lodgement mechanism required for EPCs
  
• Software & lodgement only – if you already belong to a protocol organisation, we can supply the RdSAP software and the lodgement capabilities you require and can communicate with your protocol organisation so they can fulfil their duties
  
• Emergency EPC provision – if your chosen organisation does not yet have the lodgement capabilities available in Northgate we can offer a number of disaster recovery / backup options please contact us for further details
  
• EPCs for Commerical or Large Public Buildings - We are able to offer safe and secure storage for your EPC and supporting documents until such time as there is a central register
